What is the best permanent home hair dye?
Answers:
I personally go to a professional because I am afraid of messing up my hair, but I have used Loreal once and I liked the results. It is a little pricey but the brand name certainly speaks for it. I would take a friend with you,one you trust to help you pick out the perfect color, that is what I did.If you like highlights and have the money buy the hair color and highlight kit. Loreal has both: I am sure you will look fantastic and will be happy with the results!!(Have someone do the highlights on the back of your head,it is tricky and a pain doing it by yourself, Good-Luck!!!!!
It really depends on your hair. The best is also the more expensive ones. Try L'Oreal and talk to the Cosmetician in your
Shoppers Drug Mart. They are trained on Hair Colour by the different companies. And if you never dyed your hair, don't go too drastic, see how your hair reacts to the dye chemicals.
Try Garnieh(sp?)Fruitis..but don't use a die with Ash in it.
Bleach
the most harmless and the most permanent hair dye is HENNA,ITS NATURAL AND WORK WONDERS ON HAIR,,,and its so long lasting that it doesnt even fades thorugh mild bleaching, other than that henna is a natural conditioner,,u can maximize the colour by mixing a half teaspoon of coffee in it,it will intenify the colour, and will look like that u have dont a professional colour,do try it
Nature!!!
Nice'n'Easy is good because it goes on dry hair and doesn't make a mess. However, for me it fades more quickly than L'Oreal Preference (which goes on wet hair and can be a bit messy). Excellence is also good. I wouldn't bother with the highlighter dye, with the little wand, as I've found that as soon as I wash my hair, the highlights seem sink and get lost! I think, generally, you get what you pay for. Good luck!
Personally I like Garnier Nutrisse.
L'Oreal Superior Preference is the best there is.
