How do people curl their hair?

How do people with naturally wav hair manage to have a nice curl without using loads of heat!

Answers:
Why do people with straight hair want curly hair and people with curly hair want straight hair?

My ex-wife had beautiful long straight hair and always wanted to curl it.

My ex-girlfriend had beautiful long curly hair and always wanted to straighten it.

Be who you are and be happy about it.
Because they have wavy hair & possibly use a gel that helps keep the bounce in their hair
read some hair tips on this site on how to do that
They eat all their crust's off their bread lol
.
use rollers and sleep with them in over night.
twist the hair with some styling product, then when its dry run your fingers though lightly with some hair serum.
relaxers
some people tie their hair with rags. leave them in a few hours and voila! no heat needed..
it natural babe, my hair looks just like my avatar, and i do nothing..good thing too, i did all the hairsray crap in the eighties and am totally burnt out!
you get shampoos, mouss and gels that encourage wavy hair to have defined curls. :)
I have got naturally curly hair. No mater how much straightner I put on it, and the weather is damp, the whole lot curls again.

You've got no idea how much I envy people with straight hair
you talkin'g to abaldy here so no idea!lol
have you ever asked your hair stylist that can actually see your hair?
eat lots of curly wurlys!!!
dunno mine is weird they get curly if i dont blow dry them after shampoo
& they'll go wavy if blow dried & naturally they're half straight& thick which i really hate
drape a thick wet strand over you finger and smooth with a smoothing brush then wrap once over same finger sliding finger down on the inside of the wrap and smooth again then keep repeating and sliding finger down the length of the inside slowly as you keep wraping the outcome should be a smooth olden day sausage curl and if you let it dry it should stay that way you should use a tiny dab of VO5 hairdressing like 3 bucks! shiny soft pretty and after its dry you can run your fingers through it for perfect smooth waves just do alot of the ringlets but make them have a good thickness
I have wavy hair but I blow dry it with a diffuser, upside down. I also use some super-strength mousse and occasionally some spray gel, the sort that encourages curls. I always use a low heat, else I frizz, then give it a spray with some hairspray, again with my head upside down, then scrunch it a little.

All the products are a pain, but are necessary, else everything just drops and I am back to wavy again after about 10 mins. Experiment with products and you will find one that lasts all day. Don't bother with curl cream though, it is too heavy and weighs your hair right down. That is for girls with naturally mega-curly locks!!
go to beauty parlour.
buy tongs
I always put gelwax in my curly hair. It doesn't make your hair look unnatural.
I use magnetic snap on rollers and setting lotion. I roll up my hair nightly. I apply the setting lotion only the days I washed my hair. I apply setting lotion and Lusters Pink Oil Moisturizng Lotion to wet hair and roll it up. I wear 40 rollers to bed and I've been doing this for over 10 years. My hair is permed and colored and in great condition. I have great bouncy curls all over my head. Not as loose as my avatar. Only if i comb them out then my hair looks like the avatar.
i have reali curli hair if i let it dry once av watched it and av found that once uv washed it use sunsilk serum, there is a certain one that is for naturally curly hair and it helps keep the bounce in it, i think its in a purple bottle!

good luck, i hope i've helped!!

No need to use heat appliances, just wash and condition your hair, and plait it in small sections leave to dry and you'll be amazed of how curly your hair will be once you have taken the plaits out. Good Luck.
I have natural wavy hair and i just wash it then scrunch it in my hands it is nice when it dries ,I think the shorter your hair the better it curls when it is naturally wavy, try it a bit shorter you won't need heat at all.
Frizz Ease do a good range of styling products. Put some anti-frizz syrum in your wet hair, then spray in some curl enhancer while scrunching your hair, then let it dry naturally. To revive the curl you can apply some more curl enhancer while scrunching your hair in your hands. Don't use too much product as this will weigh it down.

If you want to, you can run your fingers through the lengths to separate the curls a bit, but this has the effect of loosening the curl a bit.
I have wavy curly hair. I use a gel and I also use guts by kenra.. Try that it should do what you are looking for
