Bad arm skin!?
I have really lumpy, red skin on my arms. I've had it for years and have been told many different answers from doctors. From allergic to pollen to hormones! I have been prescribed a cream that softens the skin but doesn't get rid of the redness and the bumps! I don't want any drugs or any overly expensive remedies and I'm not into a good beauty routine. Any ideas??

Try E45 cream and coal tar soap both are very good and cheap for skin problems
don scrach and use the cream everyday
i know this sounds stupid but use acne wips or cream

I'm not sure what you've got there, but one very soothing thing you can do is go outside and get some dandelion leaves (as far away from traffic as possible) crush them ,and apply to your skin. This is an old herbal cure for psoriasis, however it is an astrigent, and may also be helpful in your case. You can look for other herbal cures as well, there are a multitude of books on the subject try "The New Holistic Herbal" by David Hoffmann.

Use HC45 cream if you haven't been told to do so already (it's part of the same company as E45).I've got sensitive skin and suffer from a similar problem. It takes about 2-3 days before you see the effects but it's great stuff!
