Who invented Liquid Soap and why?

William Shepphard and the reason have you ever picked up a soap bar in a bathroom and it was white but know its brown because of someones dirty hands or have you seen what happens to a soap bar if it is left on the side of your bath so not nice

William Shepphard. I would imagine that its because its unhygienic to share bars of soap ( think of the hairs on bars in public restrooms)
