I have recently died my hair and have got dye on the back of my neck?

how do i get it off?

Answers:
keep washing
try rubbing alcohol
try rubbing alcohol. if that doesn't work, it will fade off in a couple of days.
nail polish remover
recently as in like 2 minutes ago, then you can wash it off. but if its been like a week i dont think it will come off.
Have you tried alcohol? If that doesn't work, maybe mineral spirits (just a small amount).
Try peroxide
witch hazel
just scrub your neck
their is a special chemical that u can get it off and they sell it at beauty salons like sallys but i forget wut it is called. sorry
Ethanol wipes. like you use to take off sticky backless bras :)
wire brush
rubbing alcohol.
If it is red just leave it there and move to Texas.
When you shower make sure you take a soapy rag and wash the back of your neck. It should get it off. I dyed my hair and the same stuff happened and it worked for me.
rubbing alcool or nail vernish remover or make up remover..
Just wash and wash and wash and wait. Should have layered vaseline on your hairline.
wash it off with water put some elbow into it
put some nail polsh remover on a towel or on a cotton ball and rub it on the areas that are black, or go to a local beauty supply store and request a remover for dye.
my friend is a hair stylist..
she said any alcohol or liquid will do
Rubbing alcohol. or peroxide, if you dare.
Time takes care of it too. You'll be surprised how quickly it vanishes.
As weird as it sounds, cigarette ashes work. Or put shampoo on a rag and rub
Milk.. rub a small amount onto the area.

Works a treat.
Next time try putting vaseline on your neck that way it won't get stained in the first place.
Are you done dyeing your hair? If so then it will have to gradually be washed off..normally when I dye my hair, I will wet a washcloth and wash the back of my neck to make sure there is no hair dye on it before it can stain the skin.
Something oil based, it really helps.. if I get dye on my face, I use chapstick and it dissolves it.
There is actually a remover especially for that in the beauty stores. Ak your hairstylist.
Try baby oil and keep washing, it will fade in a few hours.
try perfume or hairspray that usually works.
honestly dont use peroxide, because you might bleach your skin or hair. Especially if your slightly tan or darker.

Rubbing alcohol could dry your skin, but it does work best. The drier the skin the more dye will sulk into your skin if you plan on redying it immediately (ex: darker highlights)

taking a shower, and using soap and wash cloth is the best bet, it should come right off. Head and shoulders will definanlty work to remove any dyes from your skin.

Also, remember next time, before dying your hair, you should put a thin oily lotion, or a layer of vaseline around your facial lines, and neck, and ears to avoid any dye from getting on them.
Baby oil, cocoa butter, and hot oil work too.
I can't believe the folks who suggested using NAIL POLISH! Ouch! That may remove the dye, but it'll probably remove the SKIN as well!
