Answers:
because you not gifted like your beautfull mum may be your mum found you in a tramps house or in a bin or found you on the internet ??
ginger?
Because genetics gave them recessive genes but you got the dominant genes that they carried.
i think you should ask your parents that..

in all seriousness I am sure things like that can skip a generation.
because of the dna..thts ur own charateristic..be proud of it i know i would
As the person above said. I know several couples who all had children in the 1980s, all couples were dark brown / black haired, and all three couples had children with . ginger hair.
I don't know, but the only people I know with ginger or red hair, don't have parents with that colour hair!!
You want to be a carrot top?!? Your either incredibly lucky or your adopted lol
You had the 1/4 chance of not becoming a ginger, because you took both their recessive genes, and their dominant gene is ginger.

There are some parents who are not ginger, but they're kids are ginger, because they have it as their recessive.
because you are a lucky son of a bit**.
get some lottery tickets for tomorrows draw,

i would say good luck but you don't need it.
What?
thats not how genetics work
i cant remember much of it though - sorry
try a gcse biology revision guide - explains it quite basically
the one on the bbc website is quite good
Because you have been blessed.
because you are adopted and your parents are too scared to tell you
i once read somewhere that not only your parents can affect ginger hair - can be effected by a mutant gene which combines brown and blone giving ginger!

rhi
Because you were adopted!
Now this could have something to do with d.n.a but is more than likely to be with u bein adopted..I think u may find ure father was really a man with fair hair and a phsique like Hercules and ure mother an angel with a face that would melt stone..And even though they seemed ok ,maybe they had alcohol or gambling probs and sold u too ure two gingers so they could do what they wanted to.I do feel sorry for u though as it must seem ure living in sunlight all yr round in ure house ,what with all the glow and such. Remember u can always leave the gingers behind as soon as ure older ..
Several different reasons but the most probable and simplest on is probably the fact that because you parents are ginger doesn't mean you have to be. And you probably didn't inherit the ginger allele from them or its being suppressed by you more dominant hair colour.

Let moi explain, Imagine the top row is you dad and the left hand side column your mum. The capital letters is dominant and so if you have a capital G in your allele you will have ginger hair. b stands for brown hair whch you may only have if there is no capital leters.

--------------G----------b
G-----------GG--------Gb
b------------Gb---------bb

So, with this combination though both your parents will have ginger hair because they have capital letters in their gene there is a 1 in 4 chance that each of their children will not.

Either that or your gene mutated, your adopted or its something I haven't heard of before.
What colour hair has the milkman got?
You probably take after another relative?? maybe a grandparent.
