How much water one much drink per day?
Answers:
Your body is designed to automatically adjust the amount of water inside you - your level of hydration. When the amount needs topping up we will feel thirsty. A radical idea I know!
A great deal of the fashionable demand for always drinking water is mis-informed nonsense.
We need about 1.3 litres/ just less than three pints each day in a temperate climate to replace that lost in sweat, urine and when we exhale.
Our food could supply at least a quarter of this and together with teas, juices, etc. we might not need drink any extra.
You'll know if you've drunk too much because you will be urinating more frequently!

eight glasses
As much as you want.
1/2 a gallon minimum
about 64 ounces minimum. (roughly 8 8oz glasses per day)
You should have at least 2 litres per day.
8 to 10 glasses of water !!
The general idea is 64 ounces. 8, 8 ounce glasses a day. But you get a lot of your water from the food you eat, so if you don't drink that much, don't stress. But water is better as a drink than soda or juice because it has less sugar.
The suggested amount is 6-8 glasses (8 ounces).
2 litres
While 8-12 glasses of water is great for the average sedentary person, many of us are fitness conscious or on the pursuit of some type of bodybuilding physique. With that in mind, I think the new standard for us should be 1-2 gallons of water a day.
i personally drink about 5 gallons in the summer ,but i work out doors
2 and a half litre.
It is advisable that you drink an average of 2 litres of fluid a day. However water in particular should be about 8 glasses (or so they say). It all depends on the weather, if its very hot you will lose more fluids through sweat and evaporation so your body will naturally demand for more.
Your meant to drink about 8 glasses of water. But if you just drink lots of water.. as much as you can.. that's fine too.
Approx 8 glasses, more if you are exercising or working outdoors or doing anything else where you may be sweating alot.
2 Litres!! And make sure you have a toilet near by! lol

Doctors recommend you drink 2 liters a day, this is around 8 glasses depending on your glass. There is no maxium, drinking more will cause no ill effect as your body dispersers that which it does not need.
it has to be 2 liters a day.
Minimum of 2 litres, if you can manage 3 or more than great.

if your having trouble getting enough then you can purchase a water cooler (like the big ones in offices) that holds exactly the correct amount- get them from argos for about a tenner
about 2 litres on a normal day but if its hot or you partake in strenuous exercise you should drink up to another 2.5 litres
