Should you pluck hairs growing out of a mole and what happens if you do?
i have a mole on my face and it has a black hair growing out of it, i have bleached it but i would rather get rid of it.

You said "a hair" so it's one i presume.I would tweeze it out. You will need to continue to tweeze as it regrows but go for it. You might want to also consult with a doctor/dermatologist and see if there is a more permanent and safe way of removing the hair. Not that tweezing is unsafe, I believe it's fine. But I mean laser, electrolysis, etc, as there is a mole there. Bleaching will not do the job too well.
i've plucked a hair out of a mole on my face and the only thing that seems to happen is that it grows back longer and thicker.
EEEEWWWW. By all means get rid of that hair by any form possible. ASAP!!
you will DIE!!!!!!!!!.
GET IT REMOVED BY A GOOD DOC AVOID FUTURE PAIN IN THE --NECK
yeah u cn pluck it. all that happens is it hurts! xxx
u need skin care
go to the doctors and tell them you want it removed, its dead simple and you will feel much better about yourself, no more plucking!
Heres the bottom line. I had a mole on my back, could not see it, it changed.slowly. Had it removed, and biopsy.. IT WAS CANCEROUS. In hospital, 10 days later, had lump of back removed, size of hamburger, 1 inch thick. Biopsied bit at hospital was clear, no cancer, I WAS LUCKY.
GET THE MOLE REMOVED SOON AS POSSIBLE. then no more hair, no more worry.
Risks of mole removal methods vary from infection to anesthetic allergy and nerve damage. It is always prudent to choose a dermatologist or surgeon with appropriate skills and experience with these removals. This will decrease your risk associated with this procedure.
* Other risks vary depending on the area being treated and the method of removal.
* One of the most common difficulties after mole removal is a scar. Many people will attempt to remove moles for cosmetic reasons, not realizing that each and every removal may result in a scar. Many times your surgeon can give you an idea of the type and location of a scar after mole removal before you make your decision about removal.
Removal by cutting with stitches
* Moles removed by excision (cutting) with stitches are usually darker in color or flat moles or both.
* The surgeon maps out the mole and then sterilizes or cleans the area and numbs it.
* Then a scalpel is used to cut the mole and a border surrounding the mole. The border size depends on the concern of the surgeon for the mole being removed.
* Depending on the depth, stitches are placed either deep (these absorb and do not have to be removed) or on the upper surface of the skin (these don’t absorb and will be removed later).
i never do, looks painful. may be try a hair removing cream
I have a mole on my arm and was told by a doctor that hair growing out of it is a good sign that it is healthy, for that reason I keep it.
However, as it is on your face, I understand that you may want to make the hair less prominent.
I would suggest going to a good beautician, and enquiring into having it removed with laser treatment.
I would visit my doctor if I were you, I'm sure s/he can arrange to have it removed quickly and painlessly
id go to the doctors and get it checked and see if they can get rid of it i wudnt pluck it coz if it starts bleeding it wont stop
You re better off having it completely removed. I don't think you're meant to pluck hair from moles. Any Beauticians I've been to wont do it and will wax around the area. Have it removed and problem solved.
I had one removed from the side of my nose, get it done you will be pleased,
Good luck!
I have a few moles on my face which grow hairs and I've been plucking them out for years now. They just grow back and I have to do it again but nothing bad has ever happened.
