Not all poor people do! People who are homeless sometimes do cos they havent exactly got running hot water and a plumbed in loo at their disposal have they!?!

living in damp conditions can cause a smell that is a bit like urine. People who live in damp houses can have it not just people on streets. But because they are used to the smell they don't notice. So it could happen to anyone!
