try low fat foods, avoid coke, chips ,pizzas etc. eat more raw fruits, more vegetables n eat chicken than other meat. then start movin, get xercise for atleast 30 mintues a day.
i hope u cd lose ur weight thro' these.
but remember, faster u try to lose weight thro some methods, it gains again twicer than before.. try to lose in a slow n steady method, which will last quite a long time!!

I say, eat fruit and dring water.. i know that even though water has no taste people dont want to drink it. They want something on thier tongues nut just eat fruit, dring water and eat 3 TIMES a DAY
Listen: For breakfast eat a)either a toast(cheese 0% fat) with a glass of orange juice or b) a boal of corns with milk 1,5% (a normal boal ofcourse.30mg corn flakes with 125ml milk)
For lunch eat healthy food in not large ammounts.with salad and wheat bread
in the afternoon eat some fruits,that have not only vitamins, but water too, and this helps.
Finally, for dinner a yogurt 1,5 or 0% fats would be perfect!!
With this diet, and no cheating!!you will lose weight,about one-two kilos in two weeks.

Do 30 mins of exercise 3 times a week including some weights (no you don't need to do BIG weights). Don't deny yourself any food but keep the burgers, chips takeouts etc to special occasions or treats. Eat lean meats including steak, lots of fresh fruit and veg and try to replace the refined carbs such as white bread with their wholemeal cousins. The fibre bulks up in your stomach and helps you feel full for longer so you don't eat so much. Keep an honest food diary for a month to spot where you are snacking without realising, it's amazing where those biscuits disappear (I know, been there).
Best thing to do is have a good hearty breakfast every morning, such as meusli or porridge (we Sots knew a thing or two back then), the breakfast will fuel you up for the day and prevent the 10 o'clock snacking.
Whatever you do don't cut back the calorie intake to much as if it drops too low you will end up in famine mode. The body will store everything it can as fat reserves and actually start to "eat" muscle fibres, until it gets the signal that times of plenty are back. A survival method from our caveman ancestors I am afraid.
Aim for a size and not a weight. Say your favourite pair of tight jeans or that sexy little black dress, that way you have a realistic target to aim for and something to show the new you off in.

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine
