Why do most of us undress for bed, then put clothes on !?
i.e., we don pyjamas, or nightgowns, ..why ??
Answers:
(1)Because throughout the day the clothes you are wearing get dirty because of sweating, bacteria from public things you use,dirt sticking to the bottom of your pants,ect. so people change so they don't get their bed dirty.
(2)Most clothing can be very uncomfortable to sleep in but pjs or nightgowns are usually meant for comfort making it easier to sleep in.
In the summer when i change I usually just go to bed naked I think that's most comfortable but in the winter when it's cold I absolutely love my nice warm comfy pajamas. I like flannel the best! Hope I answered your question.
Personally I just wear a pair of boxer shorts in bed. Have slept in own clothes in past but wound up very sweaty by morning. But then I am a hot blooded male!!
