i know this sounds weird but if u put plant food on ur hair like when ur taking a shower let some soak in and then wash it out and it really works. i had a really horrible hair cut awhile ago and consulted some family friends and they told me to try it and i did and i swear within 2 weeks my hair was about 3 inches longer. my hair does grow fast naturally but not that fast! i used miracle grow (the powder kind). rub it in to ur scalp and on ur hair and it makes it look shinier too.

Most hair will only grow so much..about an inch or less a month.
eat plenty of protein (eggs&chicken) lots of massaging your scalp and enough sleep at night
drink a lot of vit A. omega 3 oils is also a good alternative with vit E
wear extension then that will look like it grew
i heard that cocoa butter works but i am not sure i wouldnt use it try looking for a sunsilk shampoo and conditioner to make your hair grow
You need to trim it more often (i no ur like why would i wanna trim it when i am trying to grow it) it is like body hair after u cut it or shave it it just keeps coming back faster. And brushing ur hair. But dont trim it too too often and not too too much just like half or quarter of an inch off depending on like how thick and how many spilt ends u have in ur hair.
balanced diet..have sprouts everyday in the morning along with your breakfast..it worked for me..don't use chemicals..i mean harsh shampoos n conditioners..oil your hair every week..good luck..
Very easy process. Just don't leave your hair loose all the time. Oil your hair with good brand of hair oil and tie it up little tightly like big plaits all the time. Wash every alternative day with good shampoo and conditioner and tie it up again. Follow this process everyday.Trust me, You will see much longer and healthier hair within a month.

weekly deep conditioners are good and keep youe hair away from heat damage as much as u can.
