Whats the best charity shop u have ever been in and your best buy.?

Answers:
Winchester is the best place for charity shops. It is the wealthiest city in Britain. The quality of the clothes reflects that. I cannot say what is my best single buy but my best single visit to a charity shop has been to Winchester Oxfam, in which I bought a woolly jumper, a leather purse, a leather bag, two very posh scarves, and a candelabra, all for about £15. You can have a cheap day out too, in Winchester - wander around the Cathedral grounds, the Great Hall, and other tourist attractions and have a very reasonably priced snack or cuppa in the restaurant in Beales department store.
NEVER!!
Oh man, this is hard. There are so many I could choose from for different reasons, plus if I tell you then you'll know all the best places to shop ;-)

I'd probably have to say: the one on Tobermory in Scotland, I bought a tripod for a fiver in there; or the one in Hollywood (USA) where all the staff were gorgeous gay men.
few years ago in weybridge, i bought two china cups and saucers for 40p per set, took them to my local dealer and told to put them in sale for £40..i kept them..
British red cross linlithgow my best buy is my collection of Patricia cornwell novels 12 for £8.90
