NATURAL SKIN CLEANSER
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
It removes deep-seated dirt and oil and is great for all skin types. Mix all ingredients and place in a sealed container. Store in the refrigerator. Use 1 teaspoon in the morning and at night to cleanse face.
BANANA SKIN PACK
1 small ripe banana
25g finely ground oatmeal
5ml runny honey
Mash the banana in a small bowl until it forms a smooth paste. Stir in the finely ground oatmeal and honey. Mix well before applying to freshly cleansed face and neck.
Relax for 20 minutes before rinsing off using warm water. Pat skin dry with a soft towel and apply a light- moisturizing cream.
Perfect for re-moisturizing tired, dehydrated skin.
