How can i hide spots or permanantly remove spots.bear in mind im male!?
I heard that u can get makeup for males that would hide them but dats all i know..oh and has eny1 heard of zineryt.does it work?!

I've never heard of zineryt. You could use the same makeup as girls. Just like a blemish concealer thingy, no one will know. The only thing with that is it only covers up the blemish and often has bad effects on the skin. Tea tree oil can help get rid of spots. You should be able to buy it pure or in medicated face wash or bath products.
Go to your family doctor and get a referral to a dermatologist. Ask about prescription medication like Accutane that will permanently eliminate acne by shutting down the production of your oil glands.
There are bleaching procedures that a dermatologist can help you with.

A concealer would be a good thing for you to buy, make sure it is the same as your skin tone, test it on the back of your hand. Also Sudo Cream (nappy rash cream) is very good, blob it on at night and in the morning it will either have completely disappeared or would have reduced substantially.

there is camouflage makeup, a green base that u apply 1st 4 any red spots, then a topcoat that blends w/ green and they disappear. there's also a set 4 dark spots or under eyes.
