yup i did before for 2 months every morning and cellulite on the back of my thighs looked a lot less noticeable cider vinegar is excellent too you can take it in tablet form
as a diet drink? it's certainly low cal. but probably doesn't do anything more than cold water & lemon.

No, it is just a way to get you to drink water, But by drinking water you will help your digestive system and will lose a very little bit of weight. Not just fat!!

I usually don't drink fat-- but I doubt drinking hot water and lemon will give you the same results as drinking fat
My dad swears by it, but I think water of any temp is good and adding lemon just adds a bit of healthy flavor.
Water is a purifier and adding lemon is "supposed" to help that along. if nothing else, it tastes better. I have heard that iced water does some weird thing with your metabolism to help speed it up but just drinking water as a diet? Try eating senibly and get some exersize. Be healthy no matter your weight.
JUST DRINK LOTS OF WATER WITH LEMON IF YOU LIKE IT . IT FLUSHES OUT THE TOXINS . DON'T EAT BEFORE BEDTIME , AND IF YOU FEEL HUNGRY DURING THE DAY BRUSH YOUR TEETH .

Most defiantly not, it can get you an ulcer, and stomach irritation. The best thing to lose fat is eating half of a grapefruit, but make sure is cool, not hot, that will upset your stomach.
This is what gets rid of fat: eat less and exercise. Most people don't want to face that fact, so they invent ridiculous diets to get around the basic fact that to lose weight, you must expend more energy than you absorb.

I believe it works by reducing your sweet tooth, so if you like a lot of sugary treats, it's worth trying. Don't sweeten it, though; that would be counter-productive.
I don't think it would work as apple cider and vinegar and grapefruit juice. Why not just work out instead?
