Thigh high black pvc boots! help!?

need help!
i am looking for a pair of black pvc thigh high boots but with a smallish heel about 2/3 inches high. have looked everywere n cnt find any!
all the ones i cn see have a heel higher than 5 inches!
does anyone know of where i could pick some up??

good lucj they dont really make them with low heels my suggestion buy a pair take them to a shoe shop they can take down the heel

But failing that try some lingerie shops or ebay

I'm with Jen - your best best might be to take a high heeled pair to a shoe repair shop.
I've been looking for thigh highs for my Halloween costume. I've seen flats (like pirate boots) or extremely high heeled.
