What do i need to do to get a 6pac?
im 15yrs old. i wanna get 6pac. anything i shud do? wot i shud eat? i am not fat. jus normal. i obviously know i cant get a solid 6pac, but jus wanna make my stomach a bit firm.
How long does it usually take? i play football alot, usually 3 hours at once 4 times a week. so roughly 12hours a week.
shud i do sit-ups? any thing else i require?

a six pack is made up of two things. muscular abdominals and low fat. do sit ups and crunches and dont eat so much.
You could lift weights and go to the gym.
6 years=6 pac @ 7-11
a lot of stomach crunches should get you a six pack.
sit ups will be good, but you need to do variations on this to work different muscle groups or it wont be so defined
$4.00 to $5.00 and go to the off licence,other than that I had the conventional by doing 500-1000 situps a day. Even though it sounds hard its actually quite easyly achieveable starting at 25 sit ups and working your way up. Best of luck
