Do u know want can get rid of spots?
Answers:
Toothpaste used to work for me. It dries them out, but you have to do it in the evening otherwise you end up looking like a spotty freak with white bits all over your face! Also used to use oil of Ulay (Olay whatever its called these days), and suprisingly, that helped. Maybe it was just my skin type.

Washing ??
i'm assuming you mean on your skin.I would talk to a dermatologist. sometimes spots shouldn't be removed or can be a sign of a skin disease
You need proper skin care read some useful skin care tips and more on this site
taking make up off every night, which i always seem to forget!!!.xx
Try a witch hazel stick or neat tea tree oil applied directly to the problem area.
or u can use aloevera gel mixed with turmeric powder
Chinese herbal remedies are second to none for these kind of thing.
If you have very bad spots you should see your GP as there are lots of very good drugs available. If its just the odd spot then Johnsons do a very good cleansing and spot treatment range. If I get a spot and I havent got any cream I put toothpaste on it overnight and it really helps to heal it and take away any redness.
I find using a sunbed can help in reducing spots. But of course there are other dangers to consider before using this method. :)
Buy a tea tree stick. Tone you face with a toner of Rose Water and Witch Hazel, you'll have to make it yourself, just by pouring half of each into a new bottle, then use your tea tree stick on the spots. If that doesnt work, ask your gp for some tablets. x
as soon as i feel a spot coming up i put a dab of toothpaste on the area and 9 out of 10 times, it never materialises
people laugh at this idea, but i have oily skin and before using this method used to be quite prone to spots. however i haven't had any spots now for the best part of a year
water, lots of it! also make sure you eat enough fruit, kiwis are fantastic for vitamins.
Toothpaste! Works a treat!
try clearasil face wipes
I don't know where exactly the spots are??
If it's just a few, try a Witch Hazel stick, or something with Tea Tree Oil. Don't touch your face either (it can spread bacteria) and tie hair back. Remember that a healthy diet reflects upon your skin. Sulphur supplements can help (health shop). If it's serious acne, wash skin every day with a non-irritating soap and use Benzoyl Peroxide. It may not work for a week or so, but the results are FANTASTIC. honestly. it worked for me. If it's really getting you down, see a dermatologist, or your local doctor for a course of antibiotics.
Hope that helps, hon!
