Is Oiling Good for hairs??

Answers:
Yes.. infact its best ..specially kuke warm oil..:)
depends on how you use oil. if you keep your hair so much greasy for a long time then it can have some effects on your hair , you may loose some of your hair , :D but normally hair needs some oil that you remove it from your hair by washing it . my advise is this : 1) do not wash so rapidly , 3 times a weak is very good 2) do not use so much jell or oil on your hair it can harm your hair in a long time of use.
yes, why no?
it helps hair to grow faster, make it shines and silky,
it also helps our mind. we get relaxed when we do TEL MALISH
( oil massage ).
u put oil at night and wash it at morning.
when u have headache u take some good oil like, MAHABHRUNGRAJ, NAVRATNA, ( names of good oil, Hindi names if u r Indian u can understand this names )
if oiling is not good than it also not bad!
bye
Yes, as long as you don't use too much, because it can also clog your hair follicles, preventing growth.
Yes its very good, I use almond oil on my hair which was recommended by my indian barbor. The improvement on my hair is really noticeable. I have fine hair and now it is stronger and it prevents it from breaking easily.
yes ,it is. whenever mine looks a bit yuk or feels dry , I use a oil treatment. back home the asian population had the most devine hair and I am sure it is partly because of the oils they use.

Coconut oil does wonders
Hi!

Oiling is good for hairs compared to gels. It prevents from hair loss (70%) and your hair will be healthier after using it for a while. Don't expect to get immediate results. It will take time. Don't change your hair oil too frequently. Although coconut oil is good for healthy hair, it is not advisable to use during the winter. The alternative choice will be Olive Oil. It is really good and can obtain it from good health shops (It will have a label saying that you can apply on your hair; don't use any olive oil as that may increase your hair loss).

If you ever decided to try Olive Oil, here are some tips:
Get the oil that is recommended for hair.
Apply 2 hours before shower or apply overnight and have shower in the morning.
Don't have shower everyday. Having shower everyday will make your scalp dry and will increase hair loss.
Don't use too much shampoo to get rid of the oiliness in your scalp; this will also increase hair loss.
For best results, use the same oil for at least 6 months.

Hope this helps.
Good Luck.
