i think it depends on the thickness. i have a circular face with chubbier cheeks and i have thick hair so i prefer it long. if ur hair is thin go for more shorter or more layers for volume. and also think about the part. mine i try to make go more towards the middle because my face will look like a ball if it is too much on the side.
Doesn't matter if it's long or short but it's the style that counts. Something layered with a bit of height and volume is much more flattering than a style that is either flat against your face or scraped back. Choppy layered styles and wispy fringes much better.
I used to have this problem when makin a decision on how to have my hair. Before i lost my 'chubbyness' i never knew how to have my hair. I went to see a professional stylist and he advised me not to go shorter than the bottom of my chin ( if u have a double chin that is) The whole point being if u have it short hair goin higher than ur chin it will make ur face look bigger as u can see the 'double chin'. The best hair style i would recommed (although not forgetting it ISYOU decision) is if u have jsut below the shoulder length hair get layers put into it and have the shortest layer no further than ur chin. Try a kind of medium lengh. cause to long will make you face look werid. but short hair wil make it look chubbier. so go with a medium lengh.
Round faces look good with layers - short or long! If your hair is short you're going to have to grow it out so choose a chunky/choppy style that you can wax or gel to give it a bit of oomph.
Hi Becca nice name considering we have the same name! Okay i think that you should have shoulder length hair with.this is important layers that frame your frame. Stay away from short haircuts that meet your chin and blunt cuts. If you have layers and waves in ur hair it will frame ur naturally ur cute face(don't call urself chubby girl). You could have long hair too but not too long like 4 inches past ur shoulder. Nice highlights would be cool too. Good luck. :)
It really all depends on face shape. If your face is more oval, then you could probably do either one. If you have a long face, you will want to keep your hair short. I would stick to medium length hair, probably about to your shoulders or a little longer, honestly.
Short hair will just frame and accentuate the shape of your face. Long hair is better because when people look at you, their eyes will travel vertically from your face down along your hair toward your neck and shoulders. That will make your face AND body look slimmer.

Even skinny people, if they cut thir hair short they face will look rounder and more hcubby, but where-as when yuu have long hair it makes the face ook longer and skinnier.

If you let it grow to shoulder length then you have the choice of wearing it lots of different ways. Problem Solved.
you could have it shortish, but you'd need some soft layers around the face to stop it looking rounder, the worst type of style for a round face is a one length bob with a fringe!
