Make sure you use non bio washing powder, use soap with moisturiser (Dove etc), same with hair products. Always moisturise after a bath or shower, take cod liver oil. All helps.
not ponds lotion, but ponds cold cream. it is thick and works wonders. if dryness is the issue, this will help. if you live in a cold climate, it is typical to get dry skin.
Drink lots of water every day. Try a facial spritzer that will help replenish lost moisture. Soap dries your skin out to, try a facial cleanser/wash. Let your skin get some air, if you have heating on if you also have a window open slightly that can help.
try e45.cream its good for very dry skin.
And welcome to air con and old age! he he! well i dont know if any of these would have effected your life, but they do not help! My skin has been worse ever in my 20's than it ever was in my entire teens!! Ithink its down to life style and sleep!! but i just try to back up all my skin defences by eating well. What goes in will come out! sounds rude, but it is true, your body cant repair itself with rubbish. I use a face wash from lush and then i put on a thin layer of nivea, the blue one, but i think that any would be fine just to help aswell.exfoliation every now and then would probably liven it up to.x
use less soap and dont rub the water off too hard after taking bath.
go to like boots or superdrugs and tell them your condition and ask what they have which may help it. and have lots of mineral water every day.
you can use a good quality of soap and whenever u go out put a little amount of cream which suits ur skin
Aveno lotion works great. Make sure you are washing your face before you go to bed to get your make-up off then apply the lotion. It works well with me.
Hi!
I thought I had dry skin recently, but after a visit to the beauty salon, it was discovered that all I needed was an exfoliant.
Now each day I exfoliate with St Ives Apricot Scrub and my skin is lovely and soft. You only need to use a tiny amount (about the size of a pea). I do this whilst in the shower, then it rinses off really easily.
If you live near an Asda store, get it from there - it's £1 cheaper than Tescos!
Hope this helps!!
Best of luck!
Your skin dries out as you get older. If the skin is very dry try using rose water with witch hazel as a cleanser, and use a roce oil especially made for the face. You can purchase these products at a health store. Rose oil is one of the best oils to use for your complexion.
Try to take Primrose.

I don't know how old are you, but my skin was ok and started to go dry when I was around 30, now I just have to moisturise it a lot. Still, I've found that hard water is specially bad for it, have you just moved?
Try Boots No. 7 Rehydrating day cream, just smooth it on first thing in the morning and your face will still feel soft and smooth at tea time.
