Had my blonde hair dyed brown now its green, what can I do?

this sounds weird but trust me! wash your hair in washing up liquid about 3 times (wash rinse repeat!) that will strip the hair dye then buy a darker blonde dye and put that on! i done exactley the same thing the day before a very important night out! but my hair was fine the next day so all good!!
Shave it off.

hi gill i have done this before the only way u can resolve it is if u bleach it back blonde and leave it that way unless you go to a hairdressers and get it done which will be pricey ! hope i can help this is the only way i cud resolve it . xthanks nicolex
I had that happen to me once , and what a disaster there's a couple of things you can try,1st there's a product at most beauty supply stores that strip color from your hair , you can also die it darker brown to cover the green, that's what i did then later slowly add highlights to the color you like.good luck
Sounds bizarre, but I believe that applying tomato ketchup can help!
Heard it on a programme the other day, put lemon juice on it I think.hope thats right..should combat the effects of the colour

Go to a salon to have it redyed. Unfortunately, with some home dying kits, brown dye is made up of mixtures of different colour dyes to produce the desired shade. Sometimes, green is used to achieve a certain brown, and that's why some people end up with green hair.
It's a bit embarrassing, but not unfixable. I once bought a box of dark brown dye for my hair, and unbeknownst to me, someone switched the brown dye tube for blonde, or a lighter colour of some description. I ended up with orange hair. I had to march right back to the drug store with a beanie on in the middle of summer and demand another box of dye. When asked why, I removed my hat. They let me have my dye immediately, without charge :)
i would put another brown colour over it.
When you put a brown over blonde it must have red in it to lock into the colour.
Also remember that the brown will keep fading so you have to put a semi colour over it when it does.
Its better to go to a salon if you can afford it.

you should have had your hair pre - pigmented before the brown went on so go to the shops and get your self a brown hair dye but make sure it has got some red tone to it if unsure buy a wash in wash out red/copper put this on wash out dry then put a brown dye on as normal you should make sure you give it a deep conditioning after - hairdresser 15 yrs
They should have put back the red tones before dying it brown.
did this myself try dyin it red then brown again the red dye puts pigment back into the hair
Go to the hair salon and ask them about it. At most salons they would fix it for a cheap price.
You should haved added a liitle red to the brown to put the pigment back in the hair thats why it went green.Try tomato sauce.phone your salon 2moz.
don't buy cheap hair dye. go get some dye that costs more than $3, think $5 or $6. that stuff won't make your hair green
hi as i was a hair dresser ,I would condition your hair for three to four minutes for the next three to four weeks the green will fade ,any chemicals will make it worse ?
