There is no way we could have gotten my daughters prom dress off the internet. she tried on prol 30 + dresses trying to find the right fit. They looked great till she got em on and they didnt look right for one reason or another. So unless you know exactly what you are looking for, you really need to go to the store.
yahoo or ebay auctions..perhaps you want to check out magazines like Seventeen to get some cheap and pretty ideas too; and shop with friends for ideas.hehe..it's more fun too:) Enjoy that lovely shopping and prom experience!

Jessica McClintock has amazing, high quality dresses. Make sure you know your measurements-buying a dress without trying it on is frightening. Stay away from "Loralie(sp?)-" I bought a dress from them for my wedding and it was absolute CRAP and they would not take it back under any circumstances, even a quality issue. Jessica McClintock gowns are very well made and afffordably priced. If you have a local boutique that carries the line, you could try one on just for the sake of sizing, and then order from a catalog through them. Waters&Waters is also awesome and has more of a selection.
