Does what you wear determine how you behave?

Answers:
Yes last week I wore my hoodie to a local shopping centre and I did feel an overwhelming urge to harrass middle aged people. But thankfully the urge passed eventually.
well yeah
dress like a whore and you'll get treated like a whore and eventually you'll just think you are a whore and you'll end up one.
definitely, coz if you lookgood, you know it, den you tend to act proud or walk with a gait..
most definately.
it doesn't have to, but sometimes it does. depends
not really.
Yes, if you are consider wearing a strait jacket, it shall severely limit your movement, as well as interactions with the world around you.
But seriously I think so, because if you are dressed as a giant lobster you are more likely to do something stupid, and so to a less extent with every other garment.
in many curcumstances yes but if you have a strong character it should,nt matter what you wear
not really, i behave in the same way naked
Possibly the other way round, i.e., how you behave determines what you will wear!
Slightly.
I'm in the RAF and while I'm in my blues, I try to be professional and smart. When in my Combats, I'm happy to do the more manual tasks and be a bit more rough and ready. When I'm in my civvies I'm different. I'm much more relaxed and don't really care how I look.
Yeah! If I go to the shops dressed as a slob then I tend to try to get the bread & milk real quick & get out but if I've got face on & nice clothes I tend to hang around longer.
Hmm. It depends
nope, its the person you are that counts. Clothes are just materal, the sooner we realise this, the better things will be.
Never judge people by their dress sense
Yes, to some degree, at least.
The small school my sons attend have a dress code. Although we don't have school uniforms, the kids are supposed to dress modestly in neat, clean clothing.
At one point they were allowed to wear sweatpants and windpants, but the teachers discovered this gave the students the psychological liberty to be so relaxed they had difficulty paying attention in class. When this one item was removed from the "allowed" list, the teachers noticed a marked increase in attention span. Just one small change!

There's a very interesting home & organization website offered by the "Fly Lady" http://www.flylady.net/ . One of her basic tenets to help us get our lives organized is to put tied-on shoes on every day in the house. She believes that just that one thing subconsciously motivates you to get going and stop procrastinating, helping you work harder. She believes that slippers and slide-on shoes promote a subconscious relaxation and keep you from working your hardest.

Try it yourself. Do you feel and behave sexier when you wear silk underwear, even if you're wearing a turtleneck and jeans? What about if you wore a very short skirt versus one that reaches mid-calf? Do you act more lady-like in a knee length skirt?

Of course what we wear affects our behaviour. Our outer costume reflects what we believe about ourselves and also affects how others see us. Good reasons to choose our clothing carefully.
I think it both can effect the wearer's behaviour and effects a response from friends and general public. People in uniform (nurses, police, traffic wardens) can be helpful or overbearing while certain professions, teachers lawyers, business people can feel more confident if what they wear suits the environment, at the same time as giving confidence to the public. Social dressing obviously effects the wearer, look good and feel good!
yes because if u wear a certain something u get treated differently mayb in a gd way or mayb in a bad way but this affects how u act gd luck n i hope this helped xxxx
