Want to Host a Party?
The most important person at a party is you - the host/ess. We believe your reward for volunteering your services should not be dependent upon how much your guests spend - this is the Jolie Bijoux difference.
So, for everyone interested in holding a party, you will be able to choose £30 worth of FREE jewellery for hosting a party regardless if the amount of money spent by your guests is modest. However, in addition there are bonus gifts if the spend is more. Its a win, win!

A coworker used to host jewelry parties with a company called Premier. They gave you a kit and everything.

The consultants were very professional and would come early with everything and work with you on setting up displays and figuring out little games to win stuff.
The headquarter's in Texas but I'm pretty sure you can get it just about anywhere in the US.

What's in it for me?
Apart from getting to see a vast range of handcrafted and sterling silver jewellery to try on an buy in the comfort of your own home, you can also earn 10% commission on the value of sales from your party (if sales exceed £100) to spend on jewellery. *If two of your guests would like to arrange their own Jewellery Rocks party and book a date there and then, you will receive a free gift (this is usually a pair of earrings to the value of £10).
Will it cost you anything?
There is no charge to hold a Jewellery Rocks party.
Is there a hard sell?
Absolutely not! The jewellery sells itself and its up to you if you want to make a purchase.
What you need to do?
Invite your friends. Jewellery Rocks will provide you with invitations, but you can email or call your friends to invite them along. It's up to you whether or not you provide nibbles or drinks. Tea and coffee is perfectly fine - we leave that bit up to you.
Can we buy the jewellery on the night or do we place an order?
Nearly everything you see at a Jewellery Rocks party can be purchased on the day/evening. If you require an item altered in anyway or want to place an order for an item that has sold out, a deposit of 50% will be required on the day/evening and the goods will be delivered directly to the customer. The hostess does not need to collect money or be responsible for deliveries.
How do my friends pay for the goods?
Currently Jewellery Rocks only accepts cash or cheque, however, from March 06 you will be able to pay with all major debit or credit cards on a mobile credit card machine**. All cheques must be accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card. Absolutely no credit is given, so please do not ask to avoid embarrassment.
** credit card payment may not be available at every party, the host should check with the Jewellery Rocks representative before informing guests.
On the day/evening.
If your party is in the evening we usually begin at 8p.m. and finish around 10 - 10.30 p.m. Your representative will arrive at 7.15 p.m. to set up the table and be ready for your guests at 8 p.m.
We begin the evening with an introduction, ensuring your guests know how payment can be made and all the other services that Jewellery Rocks customers can enjoy. There is no set format and we don't play any games. It's up to you and your friends to relax, chat, have fun and have a look at the jewellery in your own time.

We will bring to your party a wide range of our best selling items, but if you are interested in something particular - please do ask. We are always open to new ideas and work to commission.
In addition to having a great evening, as hostess, you can choose a present from our range to the value of 10% of items sold during the event. What are you waiting for? - Contact Us Now!
First wear a set of jewellery yourself, to promote that range.
Second, keep a careful eye on the handling of the jewellery. Just like a jewellers store, limit the customer to the handling of one item only.
You will get the odd one who will break, lose or even steal your stock.
Third, depending on how you are to offer orders and credit services - always get a 25% deposit before even taking an order. People do have a tendersy of ordering something either changing their mind or not paying off their credit account.
I wouldnt suggest alcohol. You will end up losing the jewellery, spilling drinks and damaging stock - so offer a coffee and tea.
Also make sure your money and jewellery is in a locked case to avoid any thieves. Trust noone not even your closest pal or neighbour. People do take advantage.
