I'm 34 is it a good idea to get my ear pierced?
am i too old to get my ear pierced, will i look silly, never had it done before, or am I going through a midlife crisis.

34 is still young! My Grandmother (age 95) always says "When you stop wanting to experience new things then it's time to die."
I say if you're starting to feel old then it's all the more reason to get your ear pierced, you'll feel young again! Mid-life crisis is a terrible way to describe it, it's NOT a crisis. All it is, is you realizing you're getting older and still haven't done many things that you've wanted to do.

emg so totally get them..even if ur a guy.cuz ur mid life crisis only comes once and if u dont like ur ears pierced let it close up..my dad is in his mid 40s and he just got a tatoo! lol
Don't be silly; those earrings don't know how old you are or how old the ear is it's going into! I had mine pierced in high school. I am now almost 60 and still wear earrings. I now have two on each earlob!

Why should it matter what anyone on here has to say about whether or not you get your ears peirced? Theres no age limit on it, obivously. Just do it if you want to but, if you dont, then dont force yourself to do something you're not comfortable with.

You are never too old to get a tattoo or a piercing. My limit would be when you are wrinkly old. 30s you still young. Finish your midlife crisis out and then you won't worry about what you could've done. I am in my 20s and I still want to do things before I turn 30.

Take a good look at all the people you hang out with and work with. If many of those people have things like that, then by all means. If they don't, then you might want to rethink it. If you can handle all the questions from these people, then go for it.
