i've got spots and spots marks,how can i get rid of quickly

Use a light coloured concealer and blend it well, then use a slightly darker foundation and blend that carefully over the concealer. Try a fairly strong lip or eye makeup colour to draw the eye away from the blemish
Witchhazle is good, and aloe vera gel soothes redness fairly fast. Be sure if you use makeup that it's not too greasy, and make sure you clean it all off properly and then moisturise with an expensive non greasy moisturiser. Use a clean face cloth and towel EVERY TIME you wash your face, buy more if needed.
