I use Bobbi Brown, which i swear by as the best maekup brand (ive tried many). They have oil-free products for different skin complexions. Someone behind the counter will help you(they are all Bobbi Brown makeup artists), and will find the best suited for you. All of their foundation comes with SPF 15 as well. Its not heavy at all, but gives you great coverage. I've been complemented at how natural it looks (i never got this with other brands).
Fashion Fair specialise in 'woman of colour'. They are very good, and have different types of make-up for all kinds of skin types aswell. Check out the website. Iman is also a good make. I hope you find the links useful.
Try Bare Minerals.
try bare essentials. its actually good for your skin and it looks amazing on everyone. thats what my friends and i use and we love it.
You may want to try Mary Kay. The skin care line is customized for oily, dry, normal, and combination skin. You can get free samples if you'd like to try it out before hand.
I think this might be the same as what Jessica M means:

and my beauty therapist friend swears by it, especially since it comes in more different tones for darker skins than available in the shops, and being a powder it gives a matt finish by mopping up excess oils.
If you Google mineral cosmetics it comes up with alternative suppliers to the link I provided.
I would say maxfactor they have a good range and not as oily as some i have tryed ..hope this helps
think you are best going to a big department store like debenhams or kendals, or selfridges and speaking to the assistants there. maybelline do a dream matte mousse one for darker skin tones that are oil free.
