I need help ive got a nice new sparkly eyliner and i dnt no wat 2 wear with it plz help me!?!?

wear a simple top and a cute skirt or jeans. don't make your outfit over the top, so your eyes will stand out
If you mean clothes wise..why not stick to a simple black outfit with a sparkly belt
I say go out and buy something to wear with it.
makeup -wise, you might want to keep your lips subtle and draw all the attention to your eyes. Doing otherwise, will only make you look crowded. a very good nnighttime look!!
yess! i love these questions, i wondered the same thing when i got a sparkily eyeliner. all you should so is wear a jean skirt, then just wear any top that doest say anything like " roxy" "billabong" and stuff like that ( its just too taky) you should wer baby colors
i don't know weather you mean clothes wise or make-up wise so here's my opinion on both:
clothes: a v-neck double layer top, skinny jeans, flat pumps, belt and sparkly accessory's
Make-up: if you want your eyes to look outrages try some black and Grey sparkly shadows or if you want more natural try skin tones as it will make the liner more visible OR if your a real girlie girl try some shades of blue green and or purple!!

i think you should where pink and black with it and your hair should be down and curly it would look really nice n pritty i think :D . x
keep your look plain and simple. makeup wise, keep your lips moist with a balm with a tint in. if you're going to go trigger happy with added shades on your lids and super shiny lipglosses, you're going to look like a drag queen. get nice rich black mascara to open up your eyes and to emphasise the whites. highlight your browbone with a soft sweep of white or cream shadow. that should do the trick. i think
If you are talking make up wise i suggest you use a very light pink or peach with a gloss on the lips and good blush! plainly line the eyes with the eyeliner and wear your hair big to attract attention to the face - for example a quiff or curls!! Good luck
I know it sounds tacky as, but a hint of blue eyeshadow will go lovely with it!
