Does anyone know of any cheap vintage clothes shops in london and paris?
Answers:
Unfortunately finding cheap vintage is not easy in London as there is a huge market for the clothes so people will prices them high.
There are various shops in Carnaby Street in a complex called Kingly Court, a few in Nottinghill Gate and loads in Chelsea.
Thrift shops often have clothes that might not be vintage but will look it and at half the price.
It is a question of just looking around and of course there is always eBay where I have managed to find a few really good item vintage and in excellent condition.

Paris try the Marche aux Puces at the metro station Clingacourt - ( sorry my spelling is probably horribleand its been a long time so Im only 75% sure) . Guidebooks like lonely planet or lets go usually list good flea markets or vintage shops . In London be sure and go to Camden Market - Camden town is a must seein london anyway . Charity shops like Scope, nd Oxfam can surprise you. Just about every neighborhood High street has more than a few charity shops.
And yes Portobello Road . Have fun !!
