I'm wearing a yellow flowered top need eye shadow tips, want some on the outside of my eye as-well help?

I suggest using a dark brown eyeliner, black or brown-black mascara and a darker brown eyeshadow on the outter side of your eyelid (farthest from your nose) and a light beigy colour on the inner eyelid (part closest to your nose). Make sure you blend your shadow colours. Hope this helps.
Instead of eyeshadow, how bout black liquid eyeliner..?
put the eyeshadow really high, like into your eyebrows, as long as its a subtle colour. if its bright, ignore what i just said!

Well, not knowing what you look like makes this a bit hard. Is the shirt all yellow? I would pick a color (other than yellow) that is on the shirt. If none of them are flattering to your eye shape and color, I would go with a more natural look.
i love yellow colour so my make up tips wud be..try white eyeshadow or pencil even better,use mascara it will make ur eyes luk bigger so as white eyeshadow with glitter
Use brown eye shadow with ivory right at the brow also use brown or black eye liner.
