well you might want to try a different eyeliner. or you can use a black eye shadow instead. thats what i do.

this is going to sound wierd but what i do is light the end of eye liner for literally half a second then i blow on it and put it on my eyes and seriosly it stays on all day without no smudges but remember too make sure the pencil is not hot before applying it on too your eyes

pop it in the freezer for a few mins before you use it. works for me.
try waterproof liquid eyeliner it will not smudge and will stay in place on even the hottest day of the year.
Yeh use liquid eyeliner. It looks better and lasts longer
stick it in the freezer for 10 minutes and then before you apply it write on the back of your hand and if it goes the way you like then use it if its still smudgey then stick in the freezer for another 5 minutes and check again. You could also try a gel liner with a flat brush thats slanted, eyeshadow can be used to create a subtle effect, and liquid liners for a more intense precise line.
I would also suggest trying other eyeliner. Gel, eyeshadow, liquid or cake eyeliner are options. If you do use cake eyeliner or eyeshadow, make sure you wet your brush before applying.

I think its best if you use liquid eyeliner 'cause it won't smudge.
i use a lighter !! on it for a second then let it cool 4 a sec n put it on then it stayes there and doesnt smudge try it out n let me know what you think.x
i would say just look around for a better eyeliner.
