wow! first you have to truly love yourself..then you have to respect yourself and others. we play pictionary and make stuff we love to eat together,we leave love notes to each other on a regular basis.i am not just talking about my hubby and i, i have done this for my daughter since day 1, and recently my heart swelled with happiness when it was MY lunch that she snuck a love note into! my daughter has gotten a love note almost every day of her life, she recently told me she was gonna write a book one day about our love notes..she's cool!
having a good night sleep, getting up in the morning with a smile, working out, having a great breakfast and heading to have fun!
have passionate unbridled and debauched sex with a stranger..or watch football.
Normally I'm full of ideas. But the plague of depression has snatched all hope from my horizon.

i invite them in every weekend , and they are a little shy in coming,
I'm going to sit around bored for Friday and Saturday while avoiding murder by my sisters, then on Sunday, I'm making brunch with my friends! Yippers.
clean my house and work, rewarding but not much fun! However before i attack each day, i like to go and have a double black coffee in the bar across the road with my baby girls and the local French people in the village where i live.
I find that just being there on the terrace for half an hour chatting to everybody gives me the motivation i need to run a household and a business whilst at the same time making my daughter feel like the most loved little girl in the world!
