Answers:
try express they have it by waist/length
walmart
try abercrombie and fitch, Ive heard that they have long legged pants and old navy too, if you live near a rugged warehouse or ross's definently go there for cheap and long pants.
YES!! My daughter is six feet tall and size 6 or 8. We found a wonderful mail order catalog, LONG ELEGANT LEGS. Give them a try. The clothes are super-high quality! Good luck!
I am a size 8 and I am 5'8" tall, with really long (TOO long) legs.
the best jeans I have found are Citizens of Humanity.yes they are expensive, but they don't shrink when you wash them, and they are of much better quality than gap or express, which wear out pretty fast. The best fitting ones I have are bootcut ones, they are extremely flattering. I also have the ingrid flares that you can get at Nordstrom, and they are good too.

(these are the jeans that fit me the best, they are the perfect length and over time they form to your body so they always are comfortable!)
I have problems getting pants to fit me too. I usually go to the guys dept some time. Here is why.their pants are done by waist size and inseam (length). Why can't women's pants be done that way too. Why are we just a generic size? By the way I'm not regular or tall when it comes to length. I'm in the middle. Regular is to short and tall is to long. Such is life until some one has the guts to change it. Good luck!

they have 8 short, 8 regular, and 8 long
also pretty affordable
if you are looking for nicer jeans, though, you could check out a&f:

they also have 8 long/8 regular
yeah, I've found some at AE but they wear out quick. If you have moola and can spend $80, $90 try Lucky jeans or Silver jeans. they sell them at Buckle
i have always found that new look is fantastic for jeans. especially the hula range, they start at a size 6.
There is also a mail order company called long tall sally.
