Are you looking for organic products or simply cruelty free ones? Depending on what you need and what your willing to spend, I'd try Lancome. They're products work wonders, aren't too expensive, and are cruelty-free. They should be at any Dillard's or JCPenny's. Store like that.
go to denver they have the best
Look for what you really want on the internet.
try maybeline matte mouse foundation or the new maybeline pure foundation they both work great, other than that im not really sure what "harmful ingredients" your really concerned about. if your worried about oily things try the bare essentials makeup which you should be able to find at your local walmart super center, its not that expensive but pricier than maybeline or cover girl. but its all natural makeup, and it comes in pretty containers.
i don't know if you have sensitive skin or you don't want the makeup to come off. i have used bare esscentuals and i doesn't smell bad and it is easy to use and touch up easily.
I would try Bare essentials.
that is really bad
