to find a good quality dress maker for wedding dresses try the magazine brides which you can buy from newsagents or you can try magazines like VOgue or Tatler they may be able to help you?
Try the yellow pages, Thompson Directory or even in your local newspapers advert section.

He, why dont you try ebay. they have many lovely wedding dresses over there and especially if you buy your dress through ebay from CHINA (choose a powerseller or someone with many deals and good feedback) The dresses are often tailor-made to fit your body perfectly and the best thing is that they are cheap.
