I have tried to contactt a company from whom I purchased a watch but have received no reply. What do I do now
Answers:
Try the main company. Klaus is owned by somebody else.

If you haven't called them yet, do so. They don't really respond to email when it's a problem. Keep calling until you get a live human on the other end. Don't just leave your information on a computer.
If you've talked to somebody, and they blew you off, file a complaint with your local business organization. In the US it's the BBB.

What time is it?
go to the companies house website www.companieshouse.co.uk and do a company search on the company you bought it from - you will be able to see if you have the correct details or if their details have changed at all or if they have (unfortunately for you) gone bankrupt etc.
If this does not help - maybe try your local Citizens Advice Bureau?
If you paid for it with a credit card, contact them immediately.
Otherwise you can try the Better Business Bureau online for your state. The Consumer Protection Agency online is another. You could try filing a complaint with the postal service also for fraud.
Did you record everytime you attempted to call? If not you can send a certified letter to the address of the company. Someone will have to sign for it and then if you have to take action the guarentee will still be valid. Also, you might want to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Doing that may not help you much, but it will help keep others from experiencing the same issues in the future. Also, you may find you are not the first person to have trouble with them. If i can help in any other way message me and I will try.
contact trading standards a.s.a.p. and contact the daily mail for as much info on the company as possible
Before the warranty runs out you need a third party to state that the watch was broken before then.this is just in case you don't make contact till after that date. Try contacting them again and the Daily Mail. If that fails contact your local citizens advice for further info.
