What is good for shaving rash?
Answers:
The red spots should like the beginnings of ingrowing hairs, so you might want to look at HOW you're shaving e.g. what type of razors and shaving cream/gel you use.
I use good quality disposable razors (Wilkinson Sword and Gillette for Women are good) and never use them more than 3 times max. Also, you'll need to invest in a good shaving oil. Some shaving gels & foams on the market actually dry your skin, making you more prone to irritation.
Aloe vera is good for soothing skin irritations; don't use anytheing chemical as that may make it worse!
If it turns out you have ingrowing hairs, I highly recommend a product called InGrow-Go..you can get it at Boots or other leading chemists, or on the net..it really is a brilliant!
Hope that helps!
There are some shave soothing creams on the market. I belive Skintimate makes an after shave gel for legs. Check at stores like Target or Walmart.
man juice!
they'll go away, no worries.
don't put lotion on them though, it makes it itch and become irratated.
Underarm deoderant - no joke.
it may be that you have razor burn, and you need a better razor.or
it could be the hair trying to come up through your skin. certain lotions might help(try ones with aloe and or coca butter)
good luck
leave them alone for a few days. Then use a newer razor to shave. Dull razors can lead to bumps and ingrown hairs
salt rub it in to the rash works every time..
talc or after shave
try some aloe vera its cool and soothing but get a moisturisng cream ladies shave cream it helps .you could buy a ladies shave made by gillette called intuition it has a blade surrounded by a moisturising block i find it far easier to use and gives my legs a closer longer lasting shave .alternatively try waxing or cream hair removers but do a small test area not everything works for all peoples skin types .
they will heal on their own but next time try dry shaving with talc,i though it was a weird suggestion til i tried in on my bikini line,it works.

Noxema BikiniZone
Plain yogurt , simply smear it on and let it dry in, but DO remember to wash it off before going out! So it's best to do it if you plan to stay in.
ILet it grow.It's sexy.
hydro cortisone cream. It will take down the swelling and help to stop any itching.
TEND SKIN!
Its brilliant! It really does work and it lasts for ages. I recommend it to everyone!
Bakini Zone is the best. By far, nothing else works as good. You can get it at any drug store.
Try conditioner but if you want to stop the rash completely stop shaving is the simple answer and use something like bikini line. It reallis painless, no rashes and does a brilliant job. I know this not from personal experience of using it but from rubbing my wifes legs after she has. Honest, it really does work.
Not reallly you must let them heal in their own time but before you do it again, invest in a mans razor such as gillette excell its soooo worthit and a bottle of boots own brand shaving foam I swear these are miracle products you never get a rash from either. 1 more piece of advice NEVER shave the days before your due on as the skin is way more prone to breaking out. Other advice is WAX
tell u whats great for shaving rash, you could try not shaving.
honestly desitin spelling?
Use gillete disposables (blue) with 2 blades. They are the best. Use a thick moisturizer when you shave. Wash and apply moisturizer again. Or try shaving with nivea sunblock. It seems to work for some people.
To prevent shaving rash, do not stretch the skin as you shave. Hairs are most likely to grow inwards if you pull on the skin whilst shaving. The hairs pop out of the follicle when you pull the skin and after the cut the tip of the hair retracts into the follicle and curls into the follicle as it begins to grow. This causes the shaving rash and razor bumps. To achieve relief from these problems first check that the skin appears to be free from infection – angry red areas or spots are symptoms – if present, treat with an antiseptic solution or cream.
Living Nature soothing Plant aftershave gel or Living Nature Soothing aftershave cream PFB VANISH is also another highly recommended product it is excellent for ingrown hair and RAZOR RASH treatment. Great for spots or mild acne too.
