I think you meant Botulinum Toxin or Botox in plain terms. It is experimentally used and plastic surgeon claimed that it can promote hair growth, or when used on sweat glands control sweat and a myriad other things including a facelift without surgery.
However, as with any chemicals, you should take precaution.

Toxine is also German (or French) for toxin.
I think you mean Toxin as in Botulinum Toxin. Some people say it can promote hair growth but studies actually say that certain toxins will not prevent hair growth.
There are products at GNC such as Q-Clean which are for detoxing your hair.
I suggest you don't put unproven substances into your hair because you could really ruin it. Stick with what you know.
