If you smoke then stop smoking. Good sleep, plenty of water, eat a lot of fruits and veggies and less fat in your diet. Wrinkles will be delayed, promise!
I have dark skin and everyone in my family looks really young for their age. My grandmother is 73 and she hardly has any wrinkles (her face is saggy . of course but no wrinkles). I don't think you should resort to cosmetic surgery unless you are really paranoid about them.
The best thing to do is to definitely stay out of the sun, drink plenty of water and moisturise daily, make sure that you take your make-up off before going to bed everynight and moisturise before going to bed. Also don't rub your skin, especially around the eyes.
I think we are lucky because dark skin actually ages slower than pale skin.
