There's nothing to be shy about. Thats totally normal. I got friends who are so scared at asking no. from girls they got another friend to get the no. for them.
I think you need to be more socialise with the people outside. Or maybe just think of makinf friends first? I think you're problem is when you like someone, your shyness began to show and it become one nerve recking feeling.am i right?
