if only have £15 try charity shops or ebay. Tights & leggings are in fashion so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding silver ones. Try Claires Accessories. Try Silver spray paint on plimsoles if you cant find any silver shoes.although it think i saw some glittery silver ones in New Look

Skirt and top, not too expensive!
Scout the charity shops, you'd be amazed what you can find. If you find any materials or old style skirts you could always modify them when you get home. Last minute though, you could always buy silver spray paint or fabric paint and use that to colour it siler.

you wont get far with £15 unless you hunt round the market stalls. ummmmm my best advise is go to new look you'll definetly find the silver pumps and clothes that you can mix and match to turn in to a cute but very sexy cheerleading outfit. newlook is also most definetly the place to go when ur on a budget and looking for a killer outfit. (dnt forget the false lashes)
oh u could also try Primark but then your compromising on quality worth a try for the silver pumps and shiny tights.
