Will my hair ever be the same again??
had a straight perm in the spring and its growing out very slowly, used to have lovely curly hair.. will my hair ever be the same? is there anything I can do to speed up the process??
Answers:
keep getting it trimmed
yea it will be fine soon
Really if you want your hair back to how it was your just going to have to perserver in growing it out, otherwise you will risk alot of damage to your hair.
Have it trimmed every 4-6 weeks, as this will strengthen it and also make it grow quicker.
its a slow process but will eventualy get there.
Sorry hun, nothing you can do to make your hair grow faster. But at least it will be back to normal once it has grown out. For me bad hair days/weeks can only be coped with by wearing a hat!
keep getting it trim. it will grow slowly depending on your body. mine grew so fast i want it to grow slower.
it will go back to its curly state when the chemicals used to perm your hair wash off due to everyday shampoo.
it will be the same again after a while, get it trimmed or cut every 4 to 6 weeks and u will notice the curls comeing back quicker
I use the yuko straightening system and permed someones hair over it. make sure someone knows what they are doing and what brand of straightener was used. Her hair felt healthy after and I still do her hair 3 years later and there was never any breakage or problems. Her hair just started to blend together and now is almost grown out. good luck and email me with any questions.
Everybodies hair growth is different, but you do need to be patient and not worry too much about it, have it trimmed on a regular basic, you will soon be hair happy
I can only speak from my experience of being blasted with chemotherapy and losing all my hair! Yes, it will grow again and it will be just the same as it used to be if your hair problem was just cosmetic. Mine has grown2 1/2 inches since June and its thicker than it used to be but a different colour and a wave to die for! Making the best of it now as I start another hair removing fix this month.
A lot of people suffer from slow growing hair. You simply need to feed you hair with all the essential nutrients it need to grow healthily. Try Fortified Amino Scap Therapy - FAST shampoo and conditioner.
