Why do women's tailored pants have loops on the sides, but men's don't?

coz men just throw theirs on the floor,,,no need for 'loops' to hang em with,,,arghhhhhhhhhhh!!
Men fold the trousers to preserve the crease on the front and back of the legs and they hang over a hanger bar in a flat position. Ladies tend not to like the front and back or the side to side creases in trousers. So the loops fix to hooks on either side of the hanger an they hang with no particular crease configuration.
So men can jump thru them.
I dont know. I rarely examine anything inside out.
