I work at a swim shop. You have copper in your hair. You have to use a special swimmer's shampoo to get it out. You probably don't have access to it right now, so pull your hair back, try to cover it with other hair, or wear a scarf, a bandanna or a hat. If you are brave you could spray some bathroom cleaner on it that takes out mineral deposits, but don't leave it on very long! It's better to do it a couple of times than one long time. Good luck.
Okay, my best advice for you is to drive to a salon. They will be able to help you there and probably give you a quick fix. Good Luck. I feel so sorry for you.

Just wash your hair loads of times quickly, good luck. Sounds like you'll need it.
Only thing you can do to make it right in the next hour is dye it blonde again. Really strong peroxide.
you could always apply green tan lotion and go as the incredible hulk
dont worry no one will notice
seriously though id not tell anyone it was a mistake, let them think its meant to be like that, you could start off a new trend.
it will only be bad if you tell them it was a mistake
always make the best of a bad situation ;-)
my mom did that once and she ended up having to use the bleach dye to get it out. I think LOreal make it. It has a boy on the front and it is actual bleach blond. It worked for her. The only other thing you can do is dye it black. That worked for me too. Good luck, if you don't have time wear a hat .
my gal says dont put more hair dye on it best thing to do is phone a hairdresser and in the mean time wash girl wash goood luck
Put ketchup on the green bits then wash and condition. The red counteracts the green
I did this too and it was because the brown I used was an ash brown which has the green undertones in it (I didnt want any red undertones).Well it turned out ash green! I had to put it up in a baseball cap and go visit my beautician. Unfortunately I had to see a colorist who foiled my hair with bleach and a honey brown alternatively. You could try getting another brown to go over it depending on the condition of your hair, or you might want to just go and get one of those brown (not ash) temporary rinses until you can go to a colourist to get it corrected.. the more you try and fail to do it yourself, the more damage you could do to your hair.. like I did :)
go black
go to a salon would be your best bet or just shave it off?
This happened to a friend of mine. She called the 1-800 number on the back of the box and told them what happened. They proceeded to tell her what to do in order to go back to her original color. She was freaking out too! Her hair turned bright orange. Everything turned out okay. But it did take a couple of hours. Good luck!
This might sound a bit strange but i've heard cigarette ash corrects blonde highlights that have gone green. Also, tomato ketchup. This sounds like i'm taking the p*ss but i'm serious. Heard these work.
you have to put another brown on it thats the only way if you bleach it back up it will prob go yellow or break off! im a hairdresser x
go to the Salon they will know the best for you
You need to get yourself to the salon for a professional job.
good luck x
I heard that there's something in tomato ketchup that reacts with the dye to remove the green look
Get to the chemist double quick. Buy some 'spirit soap'. It will usually be in a a glass bottle (not with normal shampoo's or just ask the pharmacist. Follow instructions, just like washing with shampoo only it will not foam up. Repeat as necessary (may take 3 or 4 goes). Condition well as it does dry your hair out. This has happened to me also. Good luck and hurry up!
wash your hair with lemon juice.
pull your hairback, or use a hat or scarf anything, then once the graduation is over go to the hairdressers and let them sort it out. good luck.
Tomato ketchup. Yes, seriously, it will neutralise the green. We use it on the kids' hair all the time to counteract the chlorine in the pool that makes thier hair go green!
my friend had blonde hair and tried to dye it brown. it went a sludgy green colour all over. at least yours is only at the front. keep washing it and the green will fade. my friends is still green but it looks really nice. its not a horrible green
tomato kechup is the best bet
this is always happening to me. i use belle colour dark brown hair dye ,i do have to use about three packets though, i have heard to put tomato ketchup on you hair to nutralise the blonde but i have never tried it.
have a colour correction done from hairdressers, they will show u a colour chart and just pick the opposite colour to green and ur dye will turn blonde. By the way wat was ur hair colour before dying it to blonde???
If you have the money, the best thing is to go to a salon and let them fix it. Otherwise, you might have to wait for the green to fade.
If you don't have the money for a salon.see if you have any beauty schools in your area. They provide the same services as a salon for half the price.
If you can't do either of these, get a bleaching kit and hope for the best.
