..here is a tough Q for beauty experts out there?

I have a small red mark on my nose where I had a stop ages and ages ago, but whatever I do I can't totally get rid of it. Is there anything I can buy to remove it for good?
It looks like a small spot but the skin is normal (not raised) It's just a red dot.help people hehe

it sound like it is a blood blister and if you are doing something like scrubbing it, it is just making it worse..if you can't go to the dr. and have it diagnosed, then use a cover up concealer before you apply your makup and then no one will notice it..a dermatologist can probably freeze it off or give you something to remove it topically.
Concealer!
Or a good dermatoligist.
It could be a broken vein? I doubt you can do anything about this at home. If its really bugging you go to a dermo
The area may have darkened and caused a scar due to exposure to the sun.
Using concealer will cover the spot, but with time it should fade.
It is just a blemish.
Hope that helps!
If it is still in the process of healing, use some Vitamin E oil on it, which should help reduce the mark to nothing.
If it a permanent fixture, try Bio Oil which helps to reduce scarring.
I have the same thing I think it down to age - maybe I'm wrong well I hope so anyway lol.

To be honest I treated mine with Avon's Blemish Solver ( http://www.avonuk.com ) I must admit I scratched the surface with a pin and then put the treatment on. I treated for 2 days and it has gone. It is a bit painful scratching it but at least it has gone. Mine was next to my nose on my cheek!
I suffer from the same thing, they're like flat scar and do fade, but mine were taking months and months so I go to a skin clinic and have IPL (intense pulsed light), which is the only thing I found to work. I've tried everything - chemical and acid peels, microdermibrasion, lotions, potions the lot, and I swear this worked for me

its a blood spot or spider vein, BUT dont worry there is nothing to worry about there harmless. its just were a small blood vessel has burst or raised. they aren't easy to get rid of but, there are special creams you can buy (try avon thats were i got mine). if your not that bothered just leave it they do fade and dissapear some times.
it sounds like it has turned into a strawberry mark or broken vein, perhaps from squeezing, does it fade when pressed then quickly reappear?try boots blemish solver,if that doesnt work find a really good concealer for underneath your foundation, good luck..hope this helps!
go to the chemist an get the stuff u use for stretch marks and try it also butter is meant to help
sounds like a spider nevi (where a small capillary bursts) the only way to get rid of them is with an electrolysis machine in a beauty salon make sure your therapist is qualified in thread vein treatments
i am studying my level 4 diploma in beauty and i think you have a blood spot it is easily treated by either an electrologist and some beauty therapist just be careful i treat loads of these weekly
i recommend you find some one who is on the institute of electrologist. good look
If its abything like mine then no.
I had a spot and it left a small scar, sometimes you cant even see it, other times i feel like it sticks out a mile!

It's been there since i was about 15.
Im now 21!!
go to boots and get a green camoflage make up it's in a tube like foundation, you put it on the red skin then apply your normal foundation it's used to cover strawberry marks, so im sure it will cover a small spot on your nose, ask in boots they will point you in the right direction, good luck
