I need to know if a comapny register is out of date/not legally compliant. I would need to know what should or should not be conatined within a company register
Answers:
date of incorporation, directors names, any bankruptcy proceedings, the most important is when they last files accounts. It should also contain what type of business they are in, how many emplyess etc. hope that helps.
