Reliability is the key word. It would take time to build up trust and confidence in each other. For starters, you can browse amongst sellers already trading, and look at their trading record/feedback.
In all honesty I would not look. The only one you can rely on is yourself. My partner and I do it, but it's because we are married.
There is some good books. Please dont take offence called ebay for dummies. It's in plain English no long explanations. Money can be made keep it for yourself. Partnerships are ok on paper but not always in practise. Good Luck!!!
