Well it could, but if it did it'd be in spite of its name not because it. It might not be a huge deal, with the right titling and tags and good SEO you can get a good enough google rank to get hits, but you'll always be better off if you choose a name that people can either remember, or that contains search keywords.

It could do but not the easiest to remember. Plus can you use numbers? I thought you could only use letters.

You could have the best address but if its not registered on search engines or advertised to your customer base then its going to fail. (But one of the other responses was good - can you use numbers in a web address? Don't ever recall see one. Scrap that - just tried 118118.com and that worked so I guess you can use numbers!)
